Product and AI
Development tools, agent workflows, technical review and proven processes.
Your idea. Your understanding of the market. AI, infrastructure and support to help you turn them into an independent business.
We are preparing our first intake. Explore the model and put your project into words.
A strong business starts with someone who understands the customer. We are designing an environment where that person can build, sell and grow a product using AI and shared infrastructure.
Discover the problem, talk to customers, set priorities and take responsibility for the quality of your product.
Help organise infrastructure, automation, technical expertise and business support within an agreed package.
Development tools, agent workflows, technical review and proven processes.
Servers, databases, backups and monitoring shaped around your project.
Demand validation, analytics, CRM and customer acquisition experiments.
Knowledge bases, repeatable workflow automation and help with complex cases.
Preparation of the contractual model, accounting and payment infrastructure for each project.
One project record for goals, resources, costs, performance and decisions.
The scope and limits of support are agreed for each accepted project. This is the programme model we are preparing to launch.
Describe the customer, the problem and your experience. Bring an idea, a prototype or an existing product.
A planned practical track covers customer discovery, a prototype, demand validation and cost modelling.
We review evidence, resources and risks. Completing the track makes a project eligible for review; admission is a separate decision.
The proposed pilot lasts 90 days. Agree a budget and milestones, validate sales and decide on the next phase.
Our initial focus is digital B2B products that one founder can operate with AI and shared support.
The proposed model is an equal split of distributable profit after agreed expenses and a reserve for growth.
50/50 is a proposal for discussion, not a binding offer. Profit participation and equity ownership are agreed separately. Revenue and funding are not guaranteed.
The ability to deliver with AI, understand your product and learn matters. Industry expertise and access to customers also count. Practical track criteria will be published at launch.
One founder is accountable for the business. Specialists can be involved when justified; their scope and cost are agreed within the project budget.
The core idea is to provide resources and operational support. The package, external expenses and any founder compensation are discussed separately.
Rights to the code, brand and business must be agreed before the partnership begins. A 50/50 profit split does not itself determine equity ownership.
We are preparing our first intake. Dates, participation rules and the application channel will be published here. The current builder downloads a brief; it does not submit an application.
The pilot is a validation phase. Continuation, a change in direction or closure follows agreed milestones. Cost responsibilities and exit terms are defined before starting.
Create a short brief: what you are building, who it serves and what you will validate first. Download it to prepare for the future selection process.
Our first intake is in preparation. The builder runs in your browser; your text is not sent to the server.
